Yoga for strength & vitality 

This course is for you if you are recovering from an injury or illness, overcoming or averting burn-out, have a lot of stress in your life, are not getting enough sleep, or feel tired and worn out for any other reason.
In a small group of min. 3 max 6 people we practice yoga to gain more energy, strength and vitality. The course consists of one private session ahead of the course and 8 group classes. It can only be booked as a full course. Questions?
Next course dates - Wednesdays 6:15 pm - 7:30 pm - 23.08.23, 30.08.23, 06.09.23, 13.09.23, 20.09.23, 27.09.23, 04.10.23, 11.10.23 private session will be individually scheduled 
Fees: CHF 400 including private session (payment options available)
