Yoga is not about crossing your feet behind your head. It is about revealing all the layers to come back to yourself. I have been practising yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2013. Through my various trainings I learned to individually adapt the practice to different needs. Breath (Pranayama) as well as yoga philosophy are crucial parts of all of my classes. I now study to become a state & Swiss health insurance recognized Yoga therapist. My practice and teaching are influenced by Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Tantra, Ayurveda and Vedanta (an ancient yogic philosophy still applicable in modern times.)

My ceremonies and journeys come straight from my heart. Before coming back to Switzerland in January 2020, I had been traveling, teaching, exploring life and studying yoga as well as sharing cacao across the world. ​I believe that everyone has their light and power within and I would like to guide you to redecover it.

For much of my life I have studied yoga and meditation - always curious to learn how to live in balance and inner happiness (my spirit animal isn’t Koala by accident). In my practice I try to combine knowledge and creativity while not taking things too seriously.
The joy of my life is my newborn baby boy. I have an avid collection of dinosaurs. And I work as head of People and Organizational Development in a large company, where I try to make the business world a little more mindful.

I found my yoga practice at university as I was searching for a way to stay active, manage stress, and just let go of daily life. Soon after I graduated, I completed a 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in South Africa, as a way of deepening my practice. Since then, I have trained further in yin yoga and have only fallen more in love with yoga as a way of life. In my classes, you can expect creative intelligent sequencing for vinyasa flow, juicy yin postures, as well as mindful breathing techniques and meditation practices. Equipped with my holistic yoga and psychology training, I aim to empower others to find physical and mental balance in their busy lives.
