Yoga is not about crossing your feet behind your head. It is about revealing all the layers to come back to yourself. I have been practising yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2013. Through my various trainings I learned to individually adapt the practice to different needs. Breath (Pranayama) as well as yoga philosophy are crucial parts of all of my classes. In 2023, I finished my studies as a yoga therapist, recognized by Swiss health insurance (KomplementärTherapeutin Methode Yoga OdA KT). My practice and teaching are influenced by Hatha, Vini, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Tantra, Ayurveda and Vedanta (an ancient yogic philosophy still applicable in modern times.)

Yin yoga supports this "inevitable process". This is precisely the aim of my yoga practice. Every person should feel safe in my classes, like in a cocoon. Personal development then happens all by itself.

I have been practising yoga myself since 2004. What began with movement and flexibility is now meditation and medicine.

Ich begleite dich auf deinem Weg und es mir dabei wichtig, dass durch gute Anleitung, bewusstes Atmen und Bewegen Verletzungen vorgebeugt wird.

I believe we learn most when we learn from each other.
For much of my life I have studied yoga and meditation - always curious to learn how to live in balance and inner happiness (my spirit animal isn’t Koala by accident). In my practice I try to combine knowledge and creativity while not taking things too seriously.
The joy of my life is my newborn baby boy. I have an avid collection of dinosaurs. And I work as head of People and Organizational Development in a large company, where I try to make the business world a little more mindful.
