Studio Owner, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist in training from Switzerland

Yoga is not about crossing your feet behind your head. It is about your indivdiual body and your self. I have been practising yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2013. Through my various trainings I learned to individually adapt postures to different needs.  I now study to become a state & Swiss health insurance recognized Yoga therapist. My practice and teaching are influenced by Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Tantra, Ayurveda and Vedanta (an ancient yogic philosophy still applicable in modern times.)

Anne Terrier

Yoga Teacher from Switzerland

My journey of yoga started at university as I was looking to find a balance between studying, working and my private life. The practice of yoga makes me feel good in my body, calms my mind and gives me a happy soul. In january 2019 I did a 200 hours teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, a dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga. As a social worker working with teenagers I love to be around people and support them in treating themselves in a nice way. In my Yoga class you can find a physical challenge, based on a loving relationship to your own body and soul.

Yoga Teacher from Switzerland

In yoga I find peace and quiet as well as strength and endurance. I started with a regular yoga practice to heal my back issues. Little did I know back then, that yoga would become a crucial part of my everyday life. I soon realized that yoga did not only help my back, but also improve my performance as a musical actress and singer. Yoga enhances my vocal and performing presence. I want my students to find their passion, peace and quiet too.

I teach in various studios in and around Zurich, hold yoga retreats, and work as a musical educator and actress.

Yoga Teacher & Food Engineer from Switzerland

Since 2003 I’m practicing yoga wherever I am and I always wanted to do it ‘correctly’. Consequently, I had many yoga injuries but then I found my way into restorative yoga classes, Feldenkrais and finally my journey let me to Donna Farhi. She gave me the impulse to listen carefully to my body, not to be overruled by other opinions, adapt and support the asanas to my needs and since then my body and yoga classes feel better than ever. This joy of mindful movements and body awareness - infused with nourishing self-massage and many more influences- I wish to pass to you during the elemental flow sequences.

Teaching styles: Hatha Flow, Restorative Yoga in English and German.

Laura Matheson

Yoga Teacher from Canada

I started practicing yoga in a church basement in the late 90s and I've brought my yoga mat from city to city and country to country ever since. Yin and restorative yoga have helped me cultivate stillness for more than a decade and I love sharing these practices with others. My aim is to allow students to deepen into their own experiences and listen to what their bodies need. I treat each class as an escape from the hectic world around us and embrace using props, slowing down, feeling the rebound effect—and the tongue-in-cheek description of yin or restorative yoga as 'lazy yoga.'

Sophie Eva Allison
Yoga Teacher & Business Psychologist from the UK
I found my yoga practice at university as I was searching for a way to stay active, manage stress, and just let go of daily life. Soon after I graduated, I completed a 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training in South Africa, as a way of deepening my practice. Since then, I have trained further in yin yoga and have only fallen more in love with yoga as a way of life. In my classes, you can expect creative intelligent sequencing for vinyasa flow, juicy yin postures, as well as mindful breathing techniques and meditation practices. Equipped with my holistic yoga and psychology training, I aim to empower others to find physical and mental balance in their busy lives.
